Try Lacrosse is a 1.5 hour clinic for youth with
little to no lacrosse experience.
The clinic is free and open to the public.
Hands-on teaching by certified league coaches in an
indoor program.
Youth learn to pick up, carry and catch the ball.
Equipment is provided all you need is loose fitting
clothing and runners.
Parents/caregivers are encouraged to stay and watch.
Lacrosse is fun, educational, building strong bodies, strong minds and strong spirits.
